Custom Dresses/gowns start from 390$

The price will vary/increase based on the specific details of your design including: fabric choice, choice of beaded bodice, length of beaded bodice and intricacy of the design etc.

Processing time: up to 4 weeks from date of payment - although we do aim to have dresses made asap, we value quality and intracacy deeply and customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority.

You get 10 days to use and return your dress (and wow did you stun in it!).

But don’t be surprised if you bring it by the boutique and don’t want to leave; happens often with our brides.

We provide free USA & worldwide shipping on orders over $300*, except for orders from Australia. All international orders are sent via DHL which takes between 2-18 business days to arrive.

  • USA, Canada: 3-9 business days
  • Europe: 2-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-20 business days

Processing & Production time:

  • Made-to-measure dresses: production time takes about 2 to 13 weeks to create + shipping time from order placement.
  • Ready-to-ship items: processing time 1-3 business days + shipping time.


Fast - Easy - Comfortable

Items purchased through may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded.

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred.

Last Stock Items can not be returned and are non-refundable.

Customized items are determined by Customization Policy only.

Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns may be requested through the Return Form. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded.

We allow a possibility of one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new order of the exchange or replacement will be shipped. 

There is an option of getting a refund to store credit after the item is returned. Once the dress is shipped to our warehouse, a digital gift card with a coupon code will be issued to your email address for the cost of the items from your order. The coupon code expires in a year from the moment it was issued.

Item must be received back at Yanel within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited.

Please allow up to 10 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
