HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

We summed up a few easy steps to make it even easier for you to get your perfect dress after you have settled on your choice. So, how do you place an order?

• EASY STEPS

• 1.  Take your time browsing through our website sections and select the perfect dress. Of course, you need to keep in mind that we need around 2-13 weeks to customize the dress for you (depending on the dress style), unless you choose a dress from the ready-to-ship selection. 
• Also, if you need the dress ASAP, please contact us for more precise information. We are always ready to help and find options! For some dresses the ASAP order option is not available.  

• 2. Take your measurements using our guide. There are many different ways to measure your body size. We created our own system that is easy and clear for everyone, especially for us, to make sure that your dress fits you absolutely perfectly.

• 3. After you have selected and took down your measures, choose between the standard sizes (0-34) or choose the custom size (MADE TO MEASURE option) without extra cost.

• 4. Click on the correct color and correct size and add the dress to the cart. 

• 5. If there is anything we should know, please leave a note with the information.

• 6. Select your comfortable payment method and carefully fill out your contact information.

• 7. Now make your purchase!

• 8. Voila! Our manager is already on the task of contacting you ASAP to double check and then proceed with your order.

• 9. When the dress is made, you will be sent a video of the whole dress before it is shipped, so that once again you could enjoy the view!

• 10. Perhaps the most anxious step: wait for the dress to arrive at your doorstep.
